A small Nefer redesign—⁠♡

I've always LOVED Nefer's design, color palette and personality! Her whole character is amazing! (Especially when she has a cat.)

Although genshin had to ruin it with the inconvenient outfit :[

So I made my own changes! Only in the parts I personally wished to be different.
